What drives us to keep making this project for 9 years so far?
Each of you can bring 1200 personalized gifts – the fulfillment of Christmas dreams – to children from boarding schools, orphanages, children with special needs, as well as several thousand non-personal gifts based on real needs.
This is a campaign of wishes from 1200+ kids.
What is the Purpose of the Campaign?
It’s quite simple. The Gather a Good Gift project aims to get on with several tasks.
Hope for a Family or a Mentor
This is not about the hopes of children, but about ours. We know that no matter how many gifts there are, it is the family that will make many young children happy while older ones who are about to leave boarding schools need the help of mentors who can help them take the right place in society, find a job or education place.
Fulfillment of a Christmas Dream with a Personalized Gift
These are not common gifts that are sometimes thoughtlessly brought to orphanages and boarding schools. These are gifts that the children themselves asked for. We hope they will be bought by kind and caring citizens. And Odesa has lots of them. Looking at many published albums with children's wishes, it sad to realize how little they need to be happy.
Assistance for Boarding Schools
We collect data on what a particular boarding school needs to create an option of making a gift at the end of the campaign. For instance, many children would love to ride a bike, but they do not have any. To bless children with such joy, one may purchase, a mini bike fleet of 10 bicycles so everyone could take a ride.

You can collect a common gift!
Follow these steps:
1. Gather a gift for a boy or girl.
List of things that can be put as a gift:
- Stationery (pens, pencils, notepads, rulers, markers, coloring books, etc.).
- Socks, tights, knitted items (scarf, hat, mittens).
- Dolls, stuffed toys, toy cars, Lego, yo-yo, and more.
- Personal hygiene items (soap, washcloth, toothpaste, brush, shampoo, napkins).
For teenagers, you can also add perfumery, cream, mirror, souvenirs, jewelry, flashlight.
We strongly ask you not to put perishable food in your gifts.
2. Pack it in a box. Wrap in paper or put in a gift bag.
3. Write the child's age and gender on the box.
4. Bring your gift to the collection point at George Gamov Garden, 3.

Our volunteer will receive your gift in The Residence of Goodness.
You can collect a personalized gift!
Follow these steps:
1. Go to the album on the Facebook page and select a child.
2. Choose a child's dream, write in the comments under the photo
"I will fulfill the child's dream".
3. Buy the gift.
4. Pack and sign the gift.
5.Bring your gift to the collection point at George Gamov Garden, 3.

In January, the volunteers of our fund will visit every boarding school in the region, and every child from the boarding schools in the Odesa region will receive a piece of warmth and care, a Christmas gift.
